Installations made with single-core cables in plastic pipes laid on top, in regular or hermetic execution.
Clamps with flexible arms for pipes are attached to the base with steel pins shot or hammered into the wall, plastic dowels, with glue or, when running several pipes in parallel, by embedding the handles in the collective strip. Installation hardware is attached in a similar manner. The spacing between the holders when laying the pipes horizontally should be 50-80 cm, at vertical and from 80 do 100 cm.
The hatch is connected to the pipes by means of two double-socket couplings: 1 - bow, 2 - coupling, 3 - handle.
The pipes are joined in two ways: as through-connection - with double-socket connectors or as single-socket connection. Single-socket connection of pipes consists in inserting the end of one pipe into the socket end of the other pipe, which enables the elimination of fittings. To Form a socket, heat the end of the pipe in hot water, oil, an electric heater or a blowtorch. The socket length for a single socket connection is given in the table.

In the case of airtight installations, the ends of the pipes should be additionally used, before being pressed into the fittings, cover with a thin layer of glue. Due to the significant thermal elongation of plastic pipes, leave some play in the couplings in the case of non-glued connections or use compensation by inserting a flexible pipe.

The bends are made of flexible pipes, which can be formed in the hands at a temperature of + 20 ° C, or hard tubing, preheating them to a temperature of approx. 130°C. The table shows the smallest permissible radius of the curves.

In the standard version, the pipes are connected to the fittings by directly screwing the threaded ends of the heavy-type pipes into the outlets of the cans., by inserting the end of a standard pipe into the box opening or by using socket connectors pressed onto the pipes. In the case of accessories in a sealed version, gluing is additionally used. Before fastening the pipes, check, that they are not clogged. The cables are only pulled in after the pipes have been laid, using a steel strip (springs, „stalki”) approx. 0,5 mm and width 4 Mm, ending with a ball on one side, and the other with an ear. In rooms, where the installation may be exposed to mechanical damage, cover should be used up to the height 1,5 m made of steel pipe or sheet metal in the case of several pipes arranged in parallel.
