The method of supplying a residential building and the basic elements of the electrical installation is shown in the figure. The main switchgear of the building, including the protection of internal power lines, is supplied from the connector (wiz) and the circuit supplying the building's administrative switchboard. The aforementioned devices are placed in the array set.
In the case of detached single-family houses, the receiving installation is supplied directly from the connector. This connector can be placed in the recess of the external wall of the building or in a free-standing cabinet located in the line of the plot's fence.
Residential buildings can be equipped with the following basic electrical installations:

Electrical installations in residential buildings can be divided into the installation of residential receivers and the installation of administrative receivers.
A residential load installation consists of distribution circuits called internal supply lines (wiz) and from residential receiving circuits supplying lighting outlets and plug sockets located in the apartments.
The installation of administrative receivers is used to supply electricity receivers installed in public transport rooms, technical and utility rooms generally known as administrative rooms. These rooms are equipped with the necessary electricity receivers, which serve all residents of the building. They are first and foremost;
