Room lighting

Lighting in gastronomy should provide adequate brightness in the rooms and be an element, influencing the aesthetics of the interior and the well-being of consumers. Lighting is closely related to the concept of visible light. Light is defined as a part of electromagnetic waves with a length of 380 ÷ 770 nm (10-9m). Light radiation spreads with speed 300 000 km/s. Sunlight (White) it is a mixture of all colors and it is a source of natural light. Under certain conditions, bodies can emit electromagnetic radiation. This can happen due to heating, electrical discharges, other radiation or chemical reactions. All these ways (except for chemical reactions) is used for artificial lighting of rooms.
