Selection of the power installation
Depending on the environment, in which they work, installations must be resistant to various environmental influences, how: moisture, high temperature, pollination, corrosive fumes, etc.. The premises of catering establishments in the production part belong to, in accordance with the classification of rules for the construction of electrical equipment (PBUE-1969 r.), for rooms with increased risk of electric shock. Some of these (bathhouses, laundries, dish washing and potato and vegetable pretreatment departments) are especially dangerous. These are temporarily humid rooms, damp or very humid, hot, with floors made of conductive materials (building ceramics), about corrosive fumes (laundries, washable) and such, in which it is possible to simultaneously touch metal parts of electrical appliances and parts connected to the ground. Rules for the construction of electrical equipment (PBUE) and the operation of electrical devices are determined by the detailed rules for selecting the type of installation and the method of its assembly for various types of rooms.
